Golden Grail Cannabis, is a premiere consumer-driven cannabis company specializing in production, processing, wholesale, distribution, and retail, with seven dispensaries in Portland, Oregon. The warehouse label production specialist will handle all in-house label production. This individual will use Metrc and lab COAs to produce compliance variable labels, strain specific labels and correction labels for in-house products. Ensuring that all data is correctly associated with each product is of the highest priority for this position. This individual will work with a wide variety of products from across the state of Oregon on a daily basis using the OLCC seed to sale tracking Metrc.
Accurately produce labels per OLCC & internal guidelines
Cross reference lab COAs with Metrc to create variable labels. Create farm and strain specific labels.
Control inventory of all labels needed for in-house production.
Processes supplemental/special requests to include same day processing of special orders
Quality assurance checks ensure that packaged product has the correct quantity, is not damaged, leaking or broken, and is labeled properly.
Compliance checks ensure that packaged product has an associated Metrc tag, proper lab testing, required label information and that potency amounts do not exceed OLCC requirements.
Communication let team members know of any inconsistencies in packaging or any questionable products to ensure we do not ship non-compliant goods.
Workspace cleanliness allow yourself time to ensure that your area is free of debris, Metrc tags, medicated product and other packaging materials before leaving the facility.
Assisting the Production Team Lead/Warehouse Manager with miscellaneous projects the warehouse packaging team should always be ready for random/miscellaneous projects that come through the warehouse. This can come in the form of re-packaging projects, organizational projects, and time sensitive deliveries.
Assist in end of month audit counts and coordinate with production staff to ensure that any product being used on the last day of the month is pulled prior to counting for accuracy.

Production experience preferred
Strong computer skills and proficient with Photoshop (required), Adobe, Microsoft Office Metrc preferred
Must be able to accurately perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
Valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit or ability to obtain prior to beginning work with the company
Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members
Must be able to work around/with cannabis product
