Position Overview

The Director of Retail Media will lead the company's Retail Media division, overseeing client‑facing services that deliver exceptional results. The role collaborates closely with Sales, Account Management, Data Analytics, Product, and Operations to achieve client objectives and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Oversight
    • Develop and execute the Retail Media strategy aligned with the company vision, focusing on client success and operational excellence.
    • Driver continuous innovation and improvement of retail media solutions.
  • Service Delivery Excellence
    • Ensure campaigns and solutions are optimized, meet client goals, and adhere to quality standards.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, workflows and systems for efficiency.
  • Client‑Centric Leadership
    • Deliver tailored retail media solutions aligned with client objectives, timelines and budgets.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor and manage a team of managed services professionals across multiple roles.
    • Provide coaching, performance feedback and career development opportunities.
    • Plan staffing, workload distribution and resource allocation to meet client demand.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, Data and Marketing teams to align solutions and market positioning.
    • Support onboarding and long‑term client engagement.
  • Operational Excellence & Financial Management
    • Implement best practices for campaign execution, budget management and client onboarding.
    • Develop and manage the Retail Media budget, tracking performance against financial goals.
    • Define, monitor and report on key KPIs, including client satisfaction, campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Innovation & Market Leadership
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices, integrating insights into service offerings.
    • Foster continuous learning and improvement within the team to maintain market leadership.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
    • 10+ years of experience in managed services, digital marketing or retail media advertising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing service delivery or operations.
    • Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams, driving customer success and delivering complex solutions in a client‑facing environment.
    • Experience in retail media, digital advertising, e‑commerce or related fields is highly desirable.
