We're looking for someone who brings positivity and a team-oriented spirit to our Admissions team. While specific admissions experience is a plus, what's most important is your passion for helping students succeed and your ability to connect with people.

Sumner College has a strong history of providing high-quality healthcare education for over 50 years. We offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, a Practical Nursing (LPN) program, and a RN to BSN program. Our graduates go on to make a significant impact in the nursing community on both a local and national level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Educational Guidance: Explain our educational programs thoroughly and maintain compliance with accreditation standards.
Student Engagement: Schedule appointments, conduct interviews and information sessions, and give prospective students campus tours.
Responsive Communication: Manage inquiries and ensure timely responses to prospective students.
Orientation: Assist with new student orientation, making their transition to Sumner College as smooth as possible.
Paperwork Assistance: Assist students with the application and enrollment paperwork.
Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service and support to both prospective and current students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, demonstrating your commitment to higher education.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in higher education or customer service is a plus.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information.
