Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 7 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Service Design, HCI, or related field
• Ability to lead projects autonomously, including workshops and service design consults
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
• Master's degree in a related field
• Experience solving complex design and technology problems using systems thinking
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitate the creation of strategic visions for department services
• Analyze and improve systems and processes with technology
• Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover user problems and propose solutions
• Collaborate with UX Research team to conduct ethical user research
• Design future state of systems and user experiences
