Security Control Room Operator

The Control Room Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Position Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Strong computer / technology skills needed.
• Emergency Response experience preferred.
• Must be able to work holidays.
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests.
• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check!

What Your Day May Look Like:

• Conflict resolution and De-escalation.
• Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions.
• Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written witness reports.
