Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling orders and ensuring that supplies such as gloves, needles, surgical supplies, masks, gowns, and other personal protective equipment are delivered to various departments within the hospital. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels and replenishing products as needed.
Responsibilities
Pull orders from the warehouse located in the hospital basement and deliver supplies to doctors, nurses, and technicians.
Ensure products are fully stocked and replenish them once they are depleted.
Hand-deliver supplies to hospital areas such as the ER department, surgical offices, and rooms.
Place materials on racks, shelves, bins, or refrigerated rooms according to sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Occasionally assist in assembling certain parts if required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable working in a team-rich environment with 20+ employees daily.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift.
Capable of standing for the entire 8-hour shift.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Comfortable using a computer to input data through EPIC.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic team of 20-25 employees during the day, with a reduced team size during night shifts. Be prepared to wear a scrub top and other necessary PPE, depending on the hospital area. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
