Customer Service Call Center Representative – Portland, OR

Pay: $20/hour

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Call Center Representative to join their Portland-based team. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide a positive, professional experience for every caller.

What You'll Do:

• Answer inbound calls promptly and courteously
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting
• Document call details and resolutions accurately
• Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts to ensure consistent service
• Collaborate with team members to meet service goals

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
