Elephants Delicatessen is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Warehouse Assistant to join our Wholesale Department. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a team that supports our retail and catering operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials
• Pack and assemble boxes for wholesale and retail distribution
• Assist with deliveries of grocery and specialty items to retail locations
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in warehouse, storage, and freezer areas
• Assemble and package specialty gift items with care and accuracy
• Support team members during busy holiday and seasonal order periods

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
• Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
• Flexible availability, especially during holidays and peak production periods
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
