Position: Yard Associate
Location: Ridgefield, WA
Pay: $18
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Day Shift), Overtime as Assigned

What You'll Do:
As a Yard Associate, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials and maintaining the yard in a safe, organized manner. This role includes:

• Stacking and bundling rental components
  
• Operating forklifts and using power tools
  
• Completing necessary paperwork
  
• Loading, unloading, and stocking product
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  
• Assisting with other duties as needed

What You Need to Have:

• Forklift operation experience
  
• Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs
  
• Basic math skills
  
• Ability to read and write in English
  
• Positive, professional attitude

The Musts:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
  
• Strong sense of responsibility and safety
  
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with building materials, hardware, or construction
  
• Familiarity with warehouse or yard operations
