The Maintenance Worker I is responsible for the preventative maintenance and maintenance repairs of the communities, properties and programs they support. This position receives and responds to maintenance work orders assigned by Manager via requests from residents, Community Management and Program Managers. This position also assists with identifying necessary repairs needed to maintain the safety and appearance of the properties and programs it serves, ensuring the repairs are completed in a timely and quality minded manner
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Compensation: $22.82 per hour
