LOCATION: Hillsboro, OR

SALARY: $23.50 per hour

SCHEDULE:

Full-Time, Temporary Contract

Six-month assignment with potential for extension depending on business needs

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Half-hour lunch and two fifteen-minute breaks each day

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail

• Perform daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

• Complete transfers and support material movement within the warehouse

• Participate in the daily warehouse huddle and team updates

• Shift between tasks based on workflow and bottlenecks

• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and contribute to a healthy work environment

• Follow warehouse safety standards and proper PPE procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum one year of warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience

• Strong teamwork mindset and comfort with repetitive tasks

• Ability to stay engaged, motivated, and upbeat throughout the workday

• Willingness to adapt and pivot between picking, transfers, and cycle counting

• Ability to read, enter, and update basic data accurately

• Successful completion of a standard seven-year criminal background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as needed within a warehouse environment

• Ability to work in cold environments including a walk-in refrigerator for short periods

• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift

• PPE provided, including safety vest, composite toe boots, and insulated thermal gear
