UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in our product development process, working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver seamless and impactful designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis:
• Conduct user research using various methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions.
• Design and Prototyping:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
• Design user interfaces following best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Leverage design systems to ensure consistent design across products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on goals, and ensure design feasibility.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and management.
• Act as a bridge between design, development, and business teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the design process.
• Facilitate design review sessions, gathering feedback and iterating on designs.
• Business Requirements and Design Validation:
• Work directly with Product Owners to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Ensure that designs align with business goals while maintaining a user-centered approach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and ensure successful implementation.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system for scalability.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience across the full product design lifecycle.
• Proven experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work, including design systems and complex interfaces.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of design systems and how to leverage them for consistent, scalable designs.
• Experience working with Product Owners to gather and translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Familiarity with user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices (WCAG).
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills:
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Experience with design systems in a scalable environment.
