About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to prepare paper documents for scanning and processing. This role involves quality checking, organizing, and handling high volumes of paperwork in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties:

• Validate mail and customer documents by checking PO Box numbers and related details
• Extract paper from envelopes and remove bindings (staples, clips, etc.)
• Unfold and repair documents to ensure they're ready for scanning
• Identify special document types (such as checks) for return to the customer
• Maintain neat, organized workstations and ensure consistent workflow for scan operators
• Follow established procedures to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness standards
• Operate and maintain basic scanning and document-handling equipment
• Escalate technical or process issues to supervisors as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an office or service-related environment
• Touch typing speed of 30 WPM
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective, clear, and professional communication (written and verbal)
• Ability to bend, lift, push, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Physically able to handle repetitive motion and meet production expectations
