Job Details

Position Overview:

• Provide oral hygiene care to patients including preventive, maintenance, and therapeutic treatments.
• Educate patients about their oral health and motivate them to maintain it.
• This is a part-time position (30 hours/week), working 3 shifts of 10 hours each.
• Travel is required to multiple dental offices.

• Deliver direct patient care, including cleanings and other dental hygiene services.
• Collect and document oral health data according to clinical policies.
• Provide patients with oral hygiene education and care instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following health and safety standards.
• Support office tasks during downtime to promote teamwork and efficiency.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (3/10s).
• Travel to: Aloha, Tigard, Beaverton, Cedar Hills, and Tanasbourne locations.
• This is a float/travel position with set workdays and rotating office locations.

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• ssociate degree in Applied Science or higher.

• Valid Oregon Dental Hygienist License.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• WA Initial and Renewable Limited Licenses are not accepted.
• Oregon license must include local anesthesia endorsement.
• Experience with x-ray equipment, ultrasonic scalers, and handpieces.

• Nitrous oxide permit.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control.
• Basic computer skills.
• Restorative function endorsement (Oregon only; included in WA license).
