Peak Performance Bonus

Your Responsibilities

• Unload and process incoming furniture orders, with the physical ability to move large items.

• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds on your own and manage products weighing over 150 pounds with assistance.

• Utilize scanning technology to record vital information, including condition, quantity, and storage locations.

• Monitor order management systems to ensure proper receipt of orders and accurately document any discrepancies.

• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records.

• Pick items from inventory and prepare them for delivery organization by truck and stop number.

• Provide feedback on user tools and suggest enhancements based on daily experiences.

• Actively engage and collaborate with team members and managers.

• Identify efficient methods for task completion and ask clarifying questions as necessary.

• Read and understand English for safety compliance and effective communication.

• Be open to cross-training in other departments and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs. independently and moving heavier items with a team.

• Able to work on the warehouse floor for 8 or more hours each day.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic.

• Familiarity with scanning technology is a plus.

• Previous experience in distribution or logistics is advantageous.

• Proficiency in High Jump software is a plus.

• Ability to read and comprehend English to ensure personal and workplace safety.
