Compensation: $19.00 - $20.50 per hour
Location: Portland Expo Center
Schedule: Part-Time weekends with on‑call availability for other events

About The Position

As a supervisor, you will assist the management team in overseeing a crew that performs a variety of tasks to maintain client facilities. Your duties include supervising parking attendants, managing schedules, handling cash procedures, maintaining cleanliness, creating policies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accountability – Supervise parking attendants, enforce company standards, implement work schedules, oversee cash handling, give performance feedback, promote professionalism, maintain area appearance, and contribute to policy development.
• Profitability – Meet or exceed performance targets and order and maintain necessary supplies.
• Exceptional Service – Ensure clear signage, train staff in customer service, address inquiries and complaints promptly, inspect parks for safety and cleanliness, and continuously improve service quality.
• Communication – Update upper management on challenges, foster clear team communication, and provide safety, equipment, and job training to workers.
• Family – Promote teamwork, inclusion, and respect among all staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
