What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the automotive business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and management while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Follow post orders and instructions from Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
