Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Cable Prep Technician. This role involves preparing wires for the assembly department, with tasks including stripping, tinning, cutting, and soldering wires. Candidates should have strong manual and hand dexterity and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Responsibilities
Prepare wire for the assembly department by stripping, tinning, cutting, and soldering.
Ensure precise soldering and assembly of electronic components.
Inspect wiring and soldered parts for quality assurance.
Read and interpret blueprints and electronic documents accurately.
Essential Skills
Experience in soldering.
Proficiency in working with small parts.
Wiring experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to interpret drawings or documents.

Work Environment
The work environment is a standard electronics manufacturing setting. The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an option to shift to 6:00 am to 2:30 pm upon completion of training.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
