Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee electronic lab orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for all patients.
  • Administer and record injections.
  • Assist with IV administration and documentation.
  • Conduct lab and therapeutic phlebotomy draws.
  • Cross?train to cover various clinic areas, including medical assistance and front desk duties as required.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by the provider or manager.
  • Utilize problem?solving and conflict?resolution skills to address patient complaints.
  • Attend scheduled departmental staff and clinical meetings.
  • Ensure full compliance with OnePeak Medical's Employee Handbook and the Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Binder in carrying out all duties and services.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support OnePeak Medical.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent Required
  • Minimum of 6 months recent phlebotomy experience Required
  • Current BLS and/or CPR/AED Certification Required
  • IV Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire date Required
  • Associate college degree in a medical field Strongly preferred
