Location: Ridgefield, WA

Status: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available | Temp-to-Hire with Paid Training

This is a high-energy position where you'll be on your feet and walking throughout your shift-perfect for those who enjoy staying active while working. No prior equipment experience? No problem! We'll train you to safely operate tools like pallet jacks and scissor lifts.

Pay & Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $20.50/hr

• 3rd Shift: Sun-Thu | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM | $20.50/hr

What You'll Do:

• Walk extensively throughout the warehouse to pick and organize items

• Ensure accuracy and quality before packaging or staging

• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided!)

• Maintain a clean, organized work area

• Meet performance goals for accuracy, speed, and attendance

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Flexibility to work any available shift

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus-but not required!
