Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with a wide range of foundation repair tasks on residential job sites.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment.
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris removal.
  • Support skilled tradespeople with excavation, lifting, setting forms, and other labor.
  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Follow instructions from the foreman and collaborate with the crew to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Travel to local and regional job sites as needed.
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in varied outdoor conditions.
  • Must be comfortable with tight spaces (diagnosing homes, underneath home in some cases)
  • Must be able to lift 60-80 lbs throughout the work day.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well within a team.
  • Reliable transportation to the office daily.
  • No specific certifications or licenses required.
