Our client is looking to expand their Workers' Compensation Department and is seeking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to their Oregon operations. These positions would be responsible for handling Oregon Workers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Oregon Workers' Compensation laws and statutes. This is a fully remote position.

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience handling Oregon Workers' Compensation claims.
• Need to be well-versed in Oregon Workers' Compensation Law.
• Oregon Workers' Compensation Certification
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Salary/Benefits:

• $40.00 - 45.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity to work remotely
