Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Swing Shift Entry-Level Electronics Production role in Clackamas, OR. Our client is a well-established leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, known for cutting-edge innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality electronic components and systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and circuit boards following standard operating procedures.
• Operate and monitor production equipment such as soldering stations, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks to ensure products meet exacting specifications.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with 5S and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
• Accurately document production data, including part numbers, lot tracking, and test results.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet daily output goals and resolve assembly issues.
• Assist in packaging and preparing finished electronics for shipment.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or interest in electronics a plus.
• No prior electronics experience required-entry-level training provided!
• Ability to perform fine motor tasks with precision and handle small components.
• Comfortable working with tools such as soldering irons, tweezers, and magnification equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs and sit or stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work swing shift hours and overtime as needed.
