Overview

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Warehouse Lead for our location in Portland, OR 97217.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and keep track of team activities to make sure work gets done on time.
• Train and guide team members on how to properly use and take care of warehouse equipment.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and help with product counts or adjustments when needed.
• Make sure everyone follows safety rules and uses equipment the right way.
• Check that tools, materials, and supplies are available for the team to work efficiently.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with safety protocols.
• Help solve daily problems and support team members to keep things running smoothly.

Schedule

Monday - Friday

1st Shift: 5:00 am 1:30 pm

Pay

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hr.

Biweekly Pay

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Leadership or supervising experience.
• Have and wear steel toe boots (Required for safety).
• Own transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Background check and drug test will be conducted.
• Be able to start working as soon as possible.
