Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in corrugated packaging, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join their dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Tualatin, OR

Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour ($1 differential for swing shift)

Swing Shift: Tuesday-Friday 10 hours, 4:00 pm - 2:30 am (OT Monday is required when needed). Swing has multiple openings.

Day Shift: Monday-Friday 8 hours 7:30 am-4:00 pm (OT M-F 5:30 am-4:00 pm, Saturday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM)

Overtime: Occasional overtime and Saturday work is available and may be required.

What's the Job?

Assist in the movement and storage of materials within the warehouse

Support production teams by ensuring timely delivery of supplies

Operate basic warehouse equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

2-3 or more years of experience in a machine operator or production environment

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately

Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines

Reliable transportation to and from work
