As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking inventory and products as they move throughout the production process. You will monitor multiple live product trackers during your shift to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track inventory throughout the production process.
- Monitor 3-4 live product trackers during shifts.
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks accurately.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Follow written and oral instructions from supervisors and peers.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, for daily tasks.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in inventory management and control.
- Experience with SAP and process tracking.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Ability to perform cycle counts and manage supply chain tasks.
- Excellent command of English for reading and writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with logistics and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of cycle counting and inventory systems.
- Ability to handle lifting requirements.
- Use of steel/composite toe shoes is necessary.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hillsboro, OR.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
