What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the execution of AI initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding AI project status and execution
• Utilize the intake tool (Optura) to manage project requests, track progress, and report on timelines
• Create and maintain project schedules, documentation, and communication plans
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and responsible AI standards throughout project lifecycles

What is Required

(Qualifications)

• Minimum of 510 years of Project or Program Management experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry (payer, provider, PBM, clinical operations, or healthcare technology)
• Strong background in delivering AI, ML, or data analytics initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methods

How to Stand Out

(Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience collaborating with Data Science, MLOps, and Engineering teams
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare data governance
• Background in supporting digital transformation or automation programs
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe
