Join our dynamic team as a Fuel Center Associate where you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our customers. In this position, you will assist customers, manage the cash register, and ensure the fuel center remains clean and organized. Your responsibilities will also include managing stock, completing incident and security reports, and maintaining necessary compliance documentation. Responsibilities

  • Exemplify Customer 1st behavior and inspire colleagues to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Pump gas efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct daily tours and inspections of the fuel center.
  • Document incidents, complete security reports, and manage fuel spills.
  • Ensure the display areas are stocked and the department is clean and well-maintained.
  • Undertake cashier duties with precision.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and all safety guidelines.
  • Promote and engage with company initiatives actively.
  • Stay informed about emergency plans, contact numbers, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle conflicts in a calm, non-confrontational manner.
  • Uphold integrity and honesty in managing customer and business information.
  • Follow instructions and seek assistance when resolving issues.
  • Provide support and interact respectfully with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
  • Perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
