Preferred in OR and HIAssociate?s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredCertified Phlebotomy Technician CPT I or CPT II or National Healthcareer Association phlebotomy certification (CPT-NHA) or National Center for Competency phlebotomy certification (CPT-NCCT) or Medical Laboratory Technician license (MLT):: Required in CA
