Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packer I to join their team. As a Packer I, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer I

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay Range: $18-$19.50 (depending on shift)

Shift: 1st Shift: Mon-Wed, every other Thursday-5am-5pm 2nd Shift: Mon-Wed, every other Thursday-5pm-5am 3rd Shift: Fri-Sun, every other Thursday-5am-5pm 4th Shift: Fri-Sun, every other Thursday-5pm-5am

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of manufacturing functions, including sorting, bagging, sealing, boxing, and palletizing products.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety policies, and quality standards to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Wear appropriate GMP and PPE attire, including shoe covers, gowns, hair restraints, gloves, masks, and safety glasses.
• Participate in cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisors to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Rotate tasks approximately every two hours to support efficient production flow and skill development.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to sort, count, and verify product quantities accurately.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect product flaws or issues.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform moderate physical activities for extended periods.
