Patient Tray and Cart Assembly: Prepare and assemble patient food trays and carts with attention to detail and according to department standards. Sanitation & Stocking: Perform routine cleaning and stocking of pantries and kitchen areas. Food Safety & Quality: Follow established recipes, label and date all prepared and stored food items, and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Customer Service: Provide excellent service in the cafeteria and during special events; engage with guests and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Grilling & Cafeteria Duties: Prepare grilled foods and serve meals according to order specifications.
