Job Details

Support daily dispatch and backhaul operations, including coordinating pickups and deliveries. Download, track, and reconcile purchase orders for fleet pickup. Schedule vendor appointments and communicate with drivers and receiving sites. Monitor driver locations, trailer movements, and maintain accurate logistics data. Prepare trip sheets, bills of lading, and operational reports. Answer phones and radios while maintaining safety, accuracy, and confidentiality. Qualifications:1 year experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch coordination. Experience supporting dispatch or backhaul operations. Strong data entry, reconciliation, and scheduling skills. High school diploma or GED - Valid drivers license. Ability to work weekends, any shift, and occasional overtime.
