DPI Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Wiring Assembler for a trusted manufacturing partner in Cornelius, OR. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and like the challenge of building something the right way every time, this could be the opportunity for you. You'll play a key role in producing high-quality electrical assemblies that keep things running smoothly.

Pay: $22/hr - $25/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Job Description:
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to complete assembly tasks accurately
• Perform electrical wiring and assembly with a focus on precision and quality
• Safely operate hand tools and measuring devices, including calipers, to complete detailed work
• Report material shortages, defects, or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet design specifications
• Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Take on additional projects and duties as needed to support the team

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with electrical components and wiring practices
• Experience with basic mechanical work and use of machinery
• Ability to take precise measurements using tools such as calipers
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable transportation and consistent, punctual attendance
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a 5-Panel UA test (THC Friendly)
