Compensation: $75K/yr
Availability: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm.
As the Benefits & Wellness Specialist, you will support the global benefits programs and employee well-being initiatives. In this role, you will ensure accurate and compliant benefits administration, provide reliable employee support, and help deliver wellness programs that promote a positive and engaging employee experience. Your attention to detail and service mindset will help employees confidently navigate their benefits and feel supported.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer global health, welfare, retirement, time off, and well-being programs, ensuring accurate employee records, timely updates in HR systems, and consistent operational processes for North America, EMEA, and APJ regions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing clear guidance and support for onboarding, offboarding, and life-event changes
- Ensure global compliance by maintaining documentation, supporting audits and reporting requirements, and adhering to regional regulations and data privacy standards
- Partner with brokers, insurers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, manage enrollment and billing, support renewals, and monitor service performance
- Support annual enrollment activities, benefits communication, and the development of resources that enhance employee understanding and engagement
- Contribute to process improvements, harmonization efforts, and special projects—including global program updates, system enhancements, and M&A integration
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Experience supporting benefits in multi-country or global environments preferred
- Strong understanding and passion for health, welfare, and retirement programs
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Outstanding communication and customer-service mindset
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus) and spreadsheet tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and cultures
