Role Description

This either full-time or part-time, on-site/home-based Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) role is based in Vancouver, WA. The role involves implementing individualized ABA programs, conducting behavior assessments, supporting behavior management strategies, and providing direct services to clients. The LABA will also collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to deliver parent education and ensure cohesive, effective care plans are in place.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Ability to provide Parent Education and implement behavior management strategies
• Background or education in Psychology or related fields
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Current licensure as an Assistant Behavior Analyst is required
• Experience working with individuals with autism or other related disorders is highly preferred
