What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping residents live their best lives. Daily responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Escorting residents to meals, activities, and appointments
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the Nurse or Med Tech
• Responding promptly and professionally to call lights and requests for assistance
• Safely operating lifts and other mobility equipment
• Accurately recording care and communicating updates to your team

Shift Hours

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What We're Looking For

• Minimum age 18
• A genuine desire to serve seniors and make a positive impact every day
• Reliability, teamwork, and kindness
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous caregiving experience preferred — we're happy to train the right person

• Ability to stand /walk up to eight hours per day
• Must be able to lift/push up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to lift, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, and kneel using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time.
