JOB SUMMARY:
As an Onyx Caregiver you will provide in home assistance with activities of daily living (ADL's) to support and maximize our client's quality of life. Onyx delivers the training and resources to keep ourCaregiver's engaged and retain top quality skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and prepare meals, including serving, if necessary
- Assist with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, etc
- Performs housekeeping and laundry duties
- Provides transportation as needed, runs errands, etc
- Participate inlife enriching activities
- A Caregiver will assist with medication reminders
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Complete required documentation timely and accurately
- Records and reports changes in client's physical condition, behavior or appearance
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50lbs occasionally
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
- Manage a caseload of clients assigned by supervisor
