Our client is looking to expand their Workers' Compensation Department and is seeking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to their operations. These positions would be responsible for handling Workers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Workers' Compensation laws and statutes. This is a fully remote position and considered Temporary through the end of the year, with the potential of extending into the New Year.

• Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager.
• Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys.
• Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience handling Lost-time Workers' Compensation claims.
• Need to be well-versed in Workers' Compensation Law.
• License in Home State or Designated Home State
• Experience in one of the following Jurisdictions: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, WI
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

Salary/Benefits:

• $30.00 - $32.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity to work remotely
