This role focuses on residential reconstruction following property damage and requires a well-rounded tradesperson with strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple phases of interior construction./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliInstall and repair cabinetry, including base and full-height cabinets/liliAssess and repair subfloors as needed/liliInstall flooring, including LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile (project dependent)/liliPerform trim and finish carpentry, including baseboards, casing, and door/window trim/liliHang, tape, texture, and repair drywall/liliPrepare, prime, and paint interior surfaces/liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job site/liliCommunicate effectively with Construction Manager and homeowners/liliComplete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliProven experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry/liliStrong working knowledge of subfloor repair and flooring installation/liliExperience with drywall installation, finishing, and interior painting/liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team/liliOwn basic hand tools (power tools a plus)/liliValid drivers license and reliable transportation/liliStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience in insurance restoration or residential rebuild work/liliAbility to read and interpret scopes of work and basic construction plans/liliOSHA or other safety certifications (preferred, not required)/li/ulpCompensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour/p/div
