About The Position:

Landmark has an immediate need for energetic, multi-tasking, detail-oriented team members to join our Service Department, Full Time Tuesday through Saturday. This position entails scheduling appointments for customers and coordinating our lot staff to ensure tasks are completed as well as additional clerical tasks assigned. Qualifications

  • Clear, friendly phone voice and comfortable carrying conversations on the phone
  • Team player with a positive attitude and energy
  • Able to multitask, self motivate and manage ones own time
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Coachable personality with a mindset that strives for growth and improvement
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Punctual and reliable

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers who have submitted vehicle requests over the internet and inbound sales calls across multiple channels, including email, text or phone.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers.
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life and cultivate a successful referral business
  • Proactively reach out to customers based on preset criteria to advise them on opportunities regarding vehicle service needs
  • Update customer files accordingly in software with notes describing interactions.
  • Report directly to the BDC Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
