Job Summary

Welcome guests with a smile and set the tone for a great experience! As a Host/Hostess, you'll create a warm first impression, manage waitlists, and guide guests to their seats. You will maintain the flow of service with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale or reservation systems. Food Handler's Permit (if required by local jurisdiction).

Key Responsibilities - Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently. Coordinate seating and table turnover. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
