How Will You Make an Impact?

As an MH2 (Material Handler II), you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a smooth supply chain and supporting our customers' needs.

A Day in the Life

Picking orders and putting material away

Conducting cycle counts and receiving inventory

Loading and unloading freight

Supporting 5S activities

Assisting internal customers with issues and escalations

Communicating work status and any issues to leadership

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field

Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts)

Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

Ability to stand for 8 hours

Capable of lifting 45 lbs repeatedly

Competent in Microsoft Suite

Strong communication skills

Problem-solving and escalation management abilities

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Warehouse environment that is not climate controlled

Safety toe shoes are required at all times

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects regularly
