Principal Accountabilities:
• Ability to perform all accountabilities of Inventory Control Specialist Level I
• Prioritize receiving shipments and kitting schedule daily.
• Assist Receiving, Kitting, and shipping when needed.
• Lead daily warehouse activities ensuring goals are met in accuracy, timeliness and safety.
• Coach and mentor team members to raise overall performance.
• Standardize warehouse procedures and strengthen compliance to policies.
• Assist stockroom lead on cycle counts and management of inventory, including main stock and finished goods inventory
• Perform kit audits when needed.
• Support production by filling scrap replacement requests.
• Perform inventory transfer requests from purchasing team.
• Help track down part shortages.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time, as required by job tasks
• Must be able to pass a vision exam with a minimum visual acuity of 20/25 in at least one eye, with or without corrective lenses
• Must be able to pass a color vision test to accurately distinguish color-coded components or materials
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in warehouse environment. Ability to work within a team Good verbal and written skills Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years working with in an electronics plant warehouse 2+ years working with ERP system Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent computer skills
