How Will You Make an Impact?

As an MH2 (Material Handler II), you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining a smooth supply chain and supporting our customers' needs.

A Day in the Life

· Picking orders and putting material away

· Conducting cycle counts and receiving inventory

· Loading and unloading freight

· Supporting 5S activities

· Assisting internal customers with issues and escalations

· Communicating work status and any issues to leadership

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

· Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related field

· Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts)

· Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience

· ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) / WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience

· Ability to stand for 8 hours

· Capable of lifting 45 lbs repeatedly

· Competent in Microsoft Suite

· Strong communication skills

· Problem-solving and escalation management abilities

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

· Warehouse environment that is not climate controlled

· Safety toe shoes are required at all times

· Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects regularly
