We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client located in Wilsonville, OR. The role is onsite and will involve a balance of 50% operational/labor duties and 50% administrative responsibilities. What you will receive as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Pay: $26.00 /hr
• Shift: Monday - Friday , 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with OT available as needed on Saturdays)
• Contract to Hire
• Located in Wilsonville, Oregon
• Paid weekly (next Friday)

What you will be doing as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• This role is 50% operational (working directly in the warehouse) and 50% administrative(handling computer-based tasks).
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized environment.
• Safely operate Sit - Down, Counterbalance, or Standard Forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling 75+ lbs and standing for up to 8 hours a day.
• Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely stock movement. Perform regular cycle counts and adjustments as needed.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for daily operations and tracking, while learning and adapting to new software tools as required.
• Use Zebra/RF scanners to track and manage inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and managing warehouse documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Work directly in the warehouse, supervising and assisting with the operational duties to ensure workflow is maintained.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and that the warehouse complies with all operational and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement. Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing support to the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to have as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Must have previous experience in Warehouse
• Must have at least 1 year of previous forklift experience (Sit Down, Counterbalance, or Standard Forklifts).
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs. and stand for 8 hours a day.
• Basic computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Teams and applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Previous inventory management experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience using Zebra/RF scanners is mandatory.
• Must have previous familiarity with Warehouse WMS systems and the ability to learn and use multiple software packages.
• Previous warehouse management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
