Your New Role

One of our best-in-class legal clients is seeking a Plaintiff-Side Litigation Associate to join their team. Theyre open to newly licensed attorneys as well as attorneys with years of experience representing plaintiffs in civil litigation. Former public defenders and prosecutors also perform well at this firm.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to take on meaningful cases, advocating for clients in civil litigation lawsuits and managing cases from intake through resolution. This will include conducting legal research, developing case strategies, drafting a variety of legal documents, and taking and defending depositions. Additionally, youll prepare your clients for hearings and trials, negotiate settlements, and represent them in court.

Youll work in-office, collaborating with a team of excellent attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
