We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams. In this role, you'll manage incoming inventory and stockroom organization while driving material handling efficiency and supporting production workflows.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are essential to this role. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
- Receive and process incoming inventory and materials
- Audit material kits and log any issues or discrepancies
- Operate ovens for moisture-sensitive components and document usage
- Picking and pulling job kits as directed by Team Leaders or Supervisors.
- Adhering to quality policies and procedures.
- Participating in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives.
- Meeting efficiency and utilization standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude as part of the manufacturing team.
- Operating barcode scanners.
- Adapting to and supporting process changes.
- Providing input for problem-solving and demonstrating strong communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or GED is required. Equivalent experience may be considered if the candidate demonstrates the necessary language and mathematical skills.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Be able to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
- Be open to overtime as required.
- Ability to read and understand internal company documentation in English.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to interpret performance graphs.
- Ability to assess product quality based on written documentation.
