We are seeking to add a motivated Warehouse Associate to our swing shift, 2:30-11:00pm, Monday-Friday! The right candidate brings a great attitude, prefers working in a fast-paced environment, and has the desire to find ways to do things better! WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Unloading/loading installation trucks

Maintain clean working areas

Follow OSHA safety regulations

Learn and apply Lean Principles

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

Safety-oriented

Professional appearance and manner

Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation

"Get it Done" attitude; open and able to learn

Ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must!

Experience in a Lean, 5S, Six Sigma or TQM work environment is preferred

Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred

Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required

Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs., climb and work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects

High school diploma or GED is required
