Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer with a focus on production for a local parts cleaning company. You will play a crucial role in processing, cleaning, and inspecting parts and assemblies from high-tech semiconductor manufacturing in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
Process, clean, and inspect parts and assemblies from semiconductor manufacturing.
Disassemble, clean/refurbish, reassemble, perform final clean, and prepare parts.
Maintain highest safety and quality standards while focusing on customer needs and company values.
Practice inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.
Receive, inspect, process, package, and transport parts and components.
Use and support maintenance of processing equipment such as media blasters, solvent benches, ultrasonic tanks, and ovens.
Utilize a combination of mechanical and chemical cleaning techniques.
Use safety equipment including hearing protection, safety glasses, face shields, chemical-resistant aprons, and gloves.
Handle potentially hazardous materials following manufacturing and safety procedures.
Work in a cleanroom environment, wearing appropriate garments and following micro-contamination protocols.
Adhere strictly to corporate, industry, and site protocols and procedures.
Ensure work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.
Essential Skills
Experience with production, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools.
Ability to lift up to 25 - 50 lbs.
Familiarity with chemical handling and inspection processes.
Understanding of cleanroom protocols.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
General labor experience.
Assembly experience.
Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
