Join the Camping World team as a Customer Service Specialist! This exciting role offers a commission-based structure with uncapped earnings potential. Successful team members can earn $75,000 or more annually based on their performance!

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be pivotal in processing repair service requests and providing essential support to the Service Department, ensuring customers are informed about the progress of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs for specialized products and services.

• Recommend add-on sales to enhance transaction values.

• Offer price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

• Keep customers updated on the status of their service requests.

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience: at least one year in a service-related role.

• Familiarity with RV products or a camping lifestyle is a plus.

• Proficiency in using computers and conducting internet searches.

• Strong organization and follow-up abilities are essential.

• Ability to adhere to departmental procedures and policies.

• A valid driver's license is preferred.

• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and/or moving up to 50 lbs with aid.

• Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of standing, bending, and other physical activities.

Compensation Overview:

The estimated total annual compensation for this role, factoring in both base pay and performance-based incentives, ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 or more.
